      | Exeter Township, PA The Rowleys sold their house on Hartman Road - home of the MPHS Class of
		'86 15-year
reunion!  They build a house in Pathfinder Woods in Exeter
Township (although the post office for their area is Birdsboro) and
were in by the end of the summer 2004.  Then they moved again, and
as of May of 2008 were living in this house...

		Update
from Cathy, 6/21/04:"Sarah is 10 years old and will be going into the 5th grade and
will attend the new Reifton School and she cant wait.  Her favorite
subject is Math (she gets that from her dad.)  You know me, I am
more mortuary science - haha.  She just finished up her 2nd year of
softball for the Exeter league and I am so proud of their team, they
finished 2nd out of 14 in the championships this season!!!  Go Blue!

"Corey is 8 years old and headed for the 3rd grade at Jacksonwald.
He loves just being around his friends and likes all the
subjectsespecially recess!  He just finished his first year of kid
pitch baseball and loves the game to death.  He dreams of being a major
league player some day!  He even named his Build A Bear 'Jim Thome.'
		That lucky bear!

"Grace just turned ONE on June 16th and is motoring all over the
place.  She started walking at 11 months, but now she is trying to run.
She can say a few words, lik e 'hot' and 'fish' and now you ask what a
doggie says, and shell tell you!  Dont ask me where the connection is,
between hot, fish and dog. My son is currently teaching her to pick her
nose, and I must say, she is close.  She can actually touch her nose.  I
will put a stop to it, once the finger enters the dark zone!!! Haha.  I
am Godly proud of my kids.  I love them to pieces and thank God
everyday for their personalities and good health, although we must thank
family life for the personalities - I have to take credit there
		somewhere!" ... The
pictures shown here Grace's 1-Year Old pictures.

  As
of early 2006, Corey had finished his 4th year of wrestling, and just
signed up for another year of baseball.  He's now in AAA league.
Last year Corey's 9-year old Exeter team - coached by his Dad, Kevin -
went...all...the...way!  Sarah is in Softball (12-and-under) and
		still riding out Girl Scouts.
 Gracie
is a lefty - the only one in the family.  Here's an unusual tidbit:
Cathy's husband is one of three brothers, and each one of them has a
		child that is left-handed.

        Things Since HS:
 | Got married -
had children, traveled, worked in the telephone industry for seven
years. Have been volunteering for March of Dimes money drives. Have been
able to stay home with my children and watch them grow up so fast and
        healthy! |

        HS Memories:
 | I miss school
so much - I had good memories with a lot of people - especially Debbie (Lojec)
Hummel, Audrey, Lisa Westervelt, Wendy, Julie (Horst) Natoli; Being on
the Softball team and Yearbook Staff; Class trips were great! |
      | Ideas
        for Future Reunions:
 | Have reunions
sooner, like maybe every 2-3 years instead of 5. I think it keeps people
closer and more in touch even if it's just to get together for dinner,
lunch or drinks! Maybe we can suggest pool parties at my house or anyone
else's homes -- just so we get to see everyone more often. If money's a
big factor, we don't need to spend money to visit for picnics!! |

      | Chris Mal Notes: |
      | I have some old video footage of
Cathy for about 60 seconds. Back in high school when video cameras
started to become popular, my Dad got one for family use. My friend from
Central, Mike Capilo, and I took the video camera and just started
walking around Boscovs video taping people we didnt even know and
making them very uncomfortable. (Shut up, it was high school what
else did we have to do?!) Kind of like an early form of a "Tom
Green" episode! Anyway, I ran into Cathy at the Boscovs eye care
department getting new glasses and we did a mini-interview of Kathy, her
mom and the woman working there.
Cathy came to our school district from Maryland at the beginning of our
		sophomore year.

Cathy went on the Senior Class trip to Virginia and also to Vermont.

Note above that in High School Cathy was very intent on becoming a
"Mortuary Scientist."  I always thought it was odd that
someone who was always so happy would have such an interest in the study
        of dead people.  Hehe.

I remember finding it amusing that Cathy Ketcher was the catcher
on the girls' Softball team.  (OK, OK, I was easily amused...)
[Actually, as it turns out, Cathy says she only caught one game.
That must've been the game that I was at!]

Cathy is still friends with Lisa (Jozwiak) Wily (MPHS Class of '88) who,
like me, lives in the thriving metropolis of Blandon, Mushroom Capital
        of the World.

Cathy ran into Bob Painter AND Brett Bowers - at the same time - at the
Redner's in Pennside in May of 2001.  (Hopefully no one was
hurt.)  Oddly, the same day that I got an email from Cathy telling
me about this, I also got an email from Audrey Acker which noted that
she ran into Eric Delewski at the same Redner's!

 Cathy's grandfather (her Dad's Dad) was a
native American Indian, and she likes vanilla cake better than chocolate
        cake.

The Rowleys ate at Chili's in Wyomissing on November 9th, 2001 - the
same night the Bev and I ate there!  I asked their son Corey if he
could chose between going to Kindergarten all day or jumping on their trampoline
all day, which would he chose?  He said "Jumping.....no,
        BOTH!"  Good answer.

On 5/04/02, Cathy was at the 16-year Class
Dinner at 3rd & Spruce with her husband and two kids.  Cathy's
daughter Sarah didn't finish all of her club sandwich.  Sarah is
the pitcher on her Softball team, and will be a cheerleader for the
football team this year as well.  Also in attendance were:
Suzanna (Post) Barlow and son, Barb (Yerger) Weston and family, Lori (Czarnecki)
LaPearl and family, Karen (Orth) Rimby and family, plus Bev and I.

Here's an amazing coincidence for you.
Before the Rowleys built their house in Pathfinder Woods in Exeter, they
were trying to decide which model to chose.  A friend of theirs
arranged for them to go through one of the existing houses in the
development.  The house belonged to none other than Heather Hill!
The Rowley's new home is just two blocks away from Heather's.
